Wheat Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 eachs Dry yeast
  • 0.25 cup Warm water (110 degrees)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1.5 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 tablespoons White sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Wheat flour
  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in water, let sit 10 minutes
  2. Heat milk on stove with butter, sugar, and salt. Let cool to lukewarm
  3. Combine yeast, milk mixture and flours
  4. Stir well, turn out a kneed
  5. Oil bowl and let rise, punch down and form into rolls. Let rise a second time.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 15 minutes
