Ingredients
- 1 cup Pecans, chopped
- 1 cup White corn syrup
- 0.5 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 0.25 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Frozen deep-dish pie shell
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Slightly beat eggs and add all the ingredients except the pecans. Mix well with a wisk.
- Add the pecans and wisk again.
- Pour into an uncooked deep dish pie shell and bake for 35-45 minutes.
- Note: Be sure to place a sheet pan lined with aluminum on the rack under the pie to catch any filling that might bubble over during cooking. If you double the recipe, you can make three regular-sized pies.
