Ingredients
- 2 cups Large Cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 gallon Small red onion, sliced
- 1 cup White Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, Chopped
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onions, tossing to coat evenly
- Sprinkle with fresh dill and mix gently
- Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
